1. What is the European Regional Economic Forum (EREF 2009)?

EREF – European Regional Economic Forum is organized under auspices of the Committee of Regions, annually in Nova Gorica, Slovenia by Slovenian Business & Research Association (SBRA), Slovenian Government’s Department for Local Government and Regional Policy, and Municipality of Nova Gorica for the EREF Network, initially composed of the following European regions: Baden Wuertenberg, Catalugna, Croatia, Emilia Romagna, Flanders, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lapland-Oulu, Lombardia, Scotland, Steiermark, Slovenia, Stockholm, Turkey, Valencia, and Wallonia.
