After having finished her business administration studies in Belgium, Alice attended postgraduate studies at the "Institute Européen des Hautes Etudes Internationales" at the University of Nice, France. She worked for 5 + years in Belgian diplomatic services, before she went into the private enterprise sector.
In the private sector, her career started in Moscow where she worked on business development activities for global and Russian companies. She was responsible for strategic counseling und developing Market Entry Programs,  for at that time new and unknown market.

In 1999 she established her own company Drooghmans Int. Ltd. -International Marketing and Communications- in Germany. She has won projects for international clients from the private and public sector.  Additionally she established in 2008 Partners For Public Affairs, with her business partner, she provides strategic political communications and public affairs counsel focusing on Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan and their relationship to Europe.

Alice is

  • Visiting Lecturer for intercultural Management at the Lomonosov University (FRDIP) Moscow
  • Member of the General Assembly of the Chamber of Commerce in Wiesbaden (IHK Wiesbaden)
  • Advisor and Partner at ChangeForward - Agency for sustainable Marketing & Communications (Frankfurt/Main)
